VIOLENECE AGAINST WOMEN AND CHILDREN AN EVERYDAY OCCURANCE
Most of the CBO’s registered under NAG work in communities that have been devastated by political violence and the HIV epidemic. The harsh reality is that violence against women and children have become an everyday occurrence in these communities. The NAG Victim empowerment mentoring programme is aimed at mentoring five CBOs that specialise in victim empowerment so that they will be able to:
Advocate and care for victims of
domestic violence and abuse.
Make our communities a safer place for
women and children.
